Bottom line: if you’re considering having DP Construction do work for you, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed. I had DP replace the roof on my 12 X 16 shed and also 4 windows in my (1977) house. Dennis and all of his crews were both professional and meticulous, and the finished product is fantastic. Communication is important in these kinds of transactions where there can be significant dollars involved. Dennis used email, text, and phone throughout the entire process to keep me up to speed where everything was at - from the initial quote to the ordering of materials to the final installation. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’d also like to point out a couple ways Dennis went out of his way to help me out where he didn’t have to. As his roofing crew (who were great!) was finishing up the roof on my shed, Dennis and I were talking in my driveway and I noticed a piece of flashing (not exactly sure that’s what it’s called) had been bent and torn away from my roof on the front of my house. No sooner had I pointed it out that Dennis was into the back of his truck to grab an extension ladder, a screw gun, and some screws. Up he went to fix that situation up. Took him 15 minutes to do something that would have taken me an entire afternoon (assuming I wouldn’t have fallen off the ladder and needed a trip to the ER…LOL). He also replaced a number of rotted trim boards on my shed that I failed to do on my own - as his crew was working on the roof. He didn’t need to do that, but it was the right thing to do, and he went out of his way to do it. Hopefully this review gives you a better understanding of what you can expect from DP Construction. Professional, meticulous, friendly, great communication, clean, …I can’t think of more complementary things to say. And if you’re wondering about pricing, I had 3 companies bid the job. They were all within a couple hundred dollars. I think DP was the middle quote. Seeing the finished product, I’m certainly glad we chose DP to do the work.

I have used DP Construction on a few jobs now. I am always impressed with the response time, the attention to detail as well as the progress reports throughout the job. High quality work done the right way every time. Highly recommend!
